Mix ribs, onion, quartered orange, and 4 cans of Kinnie, and simmer for 1,5h.
In a separate pot, fry the diced onion and garlic in butter and add brown sugar, mustard powder, Worchester sauce, ketchup and 1 can of Kinnie. Boil then simmer for 45 min.
Drizzle the sauce over the ribs, grill on high heat for 10 mins, then serve.
